When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.


Most orders ship between 2-5 business days of the order date. Gift boxes and non-personalized items usually ship within that 2-5 day processing time. Personalized items may take 7-10 business days, and robes (and gift boxes with robes) will take 2-6 weeks (2 weeks for blank robes, 3-6 weeks for personalized robes). Transit time [U.S. only] averages 2-4 days. International orders often take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please include that in the "notes" section at checkout.

Please be sure to double check shipping address, personalization, sizing, etc. prior to placing your order. We begin processing orders right away, and changes may not be made once the order is placed.



We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. Unfortunately, in this scenario we cannot assist in recovering your package, but in this situation we've found that the package is almost always being held at your local post office. We recommend getting in touch with your mailman if possible, or paying a visit in person to your post office. In rare circumstances, the package will get returned to us, in which case we can issue a refund or offer redelivery.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, and will not offer refunds in that scenario. We are available via email during our studio hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST) if you have any questions or want to confirm we have the correct shipping information.  


International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us.

Unfortunately, some countries are known to have unreliable postal services. We are happy to still deliver to these countries by request, however, in these cases the customer assumes any and all risk of shipping the product. 



Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred. Generally we have found that customers are NOT charged any customs fees; however, this will vary by country and we cannot guarantee this.
 


We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone. No one wants a spam-clogged inbox (including us). 


Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.
 


We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.

Yes! However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs that choose to feature our products! We also love to collaborate with blogs and offer customer giveaways, so feel free to shoot us a message!

We don't. Foxblossom Co. is an online-only shop, at least for the time being! We do have a studio located in Pittsburgh, so if you're in the area and would like to arrange to see an item in person, feel free to contact us to make an appointment.
