This locally roasted coffee from Mission Coffee Co. in Ohio is 100% Caturra variety that undergoes a “cherry” fully washed process in which the coffee is picked and then rested inside the fruit of the coffee cherry for 1-2 day before pulping. In the cup, we taste notes of chocolate, sweet cherry, and note a very balanced acidity and body.
