Is there a minimum or maximum number of items I can add?
Nope — there's no minimum or maximum. Add as little or as much as you'd like!
Where do I include personalization details?
At checkout! There's a field where you can enter any customization details, such as names, monograms, or messages for items that offer personalization.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please note that some items are not eligible for international shipping due to carrier restrictions — including matches and live plants. If your order contains restricted items, our team will reach out to discuss substitution options.
How is pricing calculated?
Each item is priced individually, so your total is based on exactly what you select. No hidden fees or surprises.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET are eligible to ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will ship the following business day. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM ET.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with an estimated delivery date.
What if I added a personalized or customized item?
Personalized items require an additional 1–2 days processing time before your order ships. Please plan accordingly, especially for time-sensitive occasions.
Can I send gifts to multiple recipients?
Yes! If you're sending to multiple addresses, simply check the multiple recipients box during checkout and enter each shipping destination.
Can I add branding or a logo for corporate orders?
