Within 24 hours of placing your order, your dedicated account manager will reach out to confirm all of the details of your project, including logo files, color and flavor choices, branding and packaging selections, desired delivery date, etc.

Yes! Gift boxes will include a custom box band as well as a custom branded insert card. These items can feature your logo, or any full-color artwork you may like to provide. The box band and custom card are included in the listed gift price.

For orders of 50+ gifts, other custom options are available, including a full-color custom mailer box, a wooden gift box with laser engraved lid, custom printed tissue paper, branded paper shipping tape, and custom collateral. These options are subject to additional cost - please contact us for a quote.

For orders of 200+ gifts, we can manufacture fully custom gift boxes, either foil-stamped or digitally printed. These do extend the production timeline to 4-5 weeks.

We have an impressive graphics design team and are happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Additional design fees would apply.

Nope! The listed gift price is all-inclusive. This includes all branding and setup charges, custom box band and custom card, sourcing and fulfillment, and even includes shipping costs!

We do offer a range of upgraded customizations or packaging add-ons, which are subject to additional cost, but gifts as pictured will not incur any extra fees.


The turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks from the time you confirm your order details with your account manager and provide your vectorized .eps or .ai logo files.

Selecting certain upgrades, such as fully custom foil stamped gift boxes, may increase that timeline to 4-5 weeks. Larger orders of 200+ boxes, or orders placed during the holiday season, may be subject to longer timelines.

All available options and timing will be reviewed with you once your order is placed.

If your event is coming up quickly, there's no need to worry! Rush production may be available, or we can present alternative branding options that will suit your timeline.

Absolutely! We can work with you to schedule your gifts for delivery on your event date or during a target window.

Your account manager will reach out to you as soon as your order is placed, and will confirm your desired delivery date at that time.

We LOVE working with clients to schedule their gift sends well in advance. We're happy to work with you to lay out a comprehensive gifting strategy by quarter or even for the entire year. A bit of time and planning upfront results in smooth sailing for the rest of your year. Trust us, you'll be thankful later!


Absolutely! Gift prices include shipping costs already. Gifts will be shipped via UPS Ground (2-4 business days, depending on location).

We can ship to individual recipients or in bulk.

Expedited shipping or international shipping are available for an additional cost.

Your account manager will reach out within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm details, and will provide our Excel address template for submitting your addresses.

Not a problem! We can set up a custom portal page for you. We'll provide a custom URL for you to send to your recipient list. They'll be able to claim their gift and provide their shipping address.

International shipping is available via UPS. Transit times vary by country, and pricing ranges from $40-95. Please contact us at corporategifting@foxblossom.com for a quote!
