Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

We base shipping amounts off the weight and size, and where you are located (orders ship from Pennsylvania). Items are normally shipped via USPS within 2-5 business days of when the order was placed (except personalized products and satin robes - see their product descriptions). Transit time within the US can range from 2 to 5 business days. If your order is needed by a certain date, please include that in the "notes" section at checkout, and we can move your order ahead in the line if necessary.

An 7% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within Pennsylvania.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, we can still ship there, but please be advised that shipping in those cases may take at least 8-12 weeks.

Transit time for international shipments is 2-4 weeks on average. Canada shipments tend to be quicker - normally 5-10 days. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges.  

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a NON-PERSONALIZED item, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Please note - all jewelry is custom made to order, so jewelry sales are final.  Bridal clothing sales are final. Blank robes may only be returned or exchanged if they are in unopened packaging. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be refunded in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date. Please note that all personalized items, jewelry items, and sale items discounted by 35% or more, are final sale.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Also, please note that if your order included free shipping as part of a promotion, up to a $10 fee may be deducted from your refund for original shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To make a return or exchange, email us at info@foxblossom.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If exchanging a clothing item, please include a note in your return shipment with the size you wish to exchange for. Again, any item with a personalized name may NOT be returned, so please check sizing carefully, and ask any questions prior to placing an order.
