We're looking for someone who gets us.
We are a Pittsburgh-based luxury gift box company, and we need a part-time social media contractor who genuinely loves what we do and wants to help more people discover it.

The Role

You'll manage content creation and scheduling across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and our blog, starting at 3 days a week with potential to grow to 5. This is an on-site role at our Pittsburgh studio. Think captions, photos, trends, scheduling, and staying in sync with our team on launches and promotions. Social media is your main focus, though every now and then during a busy stretch you might lend a hand with fulfillment too.

You have a natural eye for beautiful, intentional content. You write well and know how to match a brand voice. You're up on trends, you live on social, and you're comfortable picking up your phone and shooting something that stops a scroll. You're reliable and don't need hand-holding, and you bring your own ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to do next. You're upbeat, easy to work with, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team. Maybe you're a student, a freelancer building your book, or someone who just wants consistent creative work with a brand you actually like. Bonus points if you know your way around Plann.

One more thing: we have an office dog. Pups is playful, spoiled, and fully in charge. If that's not your scene, this probably isn't your role.

What You Bring

✦ A good phone or camera (and the confidence to use it)
✦ Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
✦ A feel for what's trending and what actually resonates
✦ Strong writing and a good eye
✦ Initiative. You see something that needs doing and you do it
✦ Plann experience is a plus
