LEAD FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE (Full-Time)

We are currently searching for an energetic, problem-solving and detail-oriented Lead Fulfillment Associate to join us at our Pittsburgh, PA location. 

Responsibilities include:

• Custom communication for e-commerce orders
• Gift assembly for custom projects and e-commerce orders
• Shipping and receiving
• Quality control
• Studio organization and neatness
• Some lifting and moving, a lot of time on your feet

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• A can-do attitude and excellent work ethic 
• A sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with fulfillment and/or Shopify a bonus, but not required.
• A genuine desire to assume a hands-on role and contribute to a growing creative small business

Details:

• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, flexible between 7am-6pm
• Casual Dress Code
• Pay commensurate with experience (starting at $12/hr)
